What's that phrase?

" The only dumb question is the one you don't ask. "

Energy Psychology is EP.

It is a method of tapping on the ends of specific meridians as you

say a certain type of affirmation.

In the following example, with the following words and tapping

sequence he had full range of motion in 5 minutes.

I have personally used EP on many physical issues of athletes. It

always seems to help, sometimes in seemingly miraculous ways.

Here's one example of success.

" Even though I have this complete immobility in my left shoulder

joint, and it hurts like Hell, I completely accept and appreciate

myself. "

" Even though I have this horrible pain and stiffness in my left

shoulder, I completely and profoundly love and accept myself. "

" Even though I have these toxic emotions stuck in my left shoulder

regarding the injury, I forgive myself and love and accept mysef. "

I went on to tap in the reminder phrases on the front of the body.

Two rounds, with the second one being related to the " remaining pain

and stiffness in my shoulder " then we added phrases that included

forgiving his body for letting this happen and allowing the healing

to be surprisingly easy and fun.

The whole EP session took only 5 MINUTES. I kid you not! He was

flabbergasted and so was I. He had complete range of motion (360

degrees) without pain or restriction in about 5 minutes!

You can go to the EFT site (it's totally FREE) and into the search

engine type torn rotator cuff.

You'll find a few specific examples there.
