Hi, All,

I've used the following on various injuries:

1) Hot pepper oil: For a back ache (a razor blade across the spine,

followed by days of complete incapacitation), r arthritis in the hand

joints:

I used an ancient bottle of Chinese Hot cooking oil. You can make

your own by putting red pepper flakes in a bottle topped by olive oil.

Let it set at room temperature for a day. If you can set it in the

sun, so much the better. Be careful handling the pepper flakes. Apply

a couple times a day. Give it 15 minutes or so to soak in as it can

stain clothing. My husband, prone to back problems, thought I'd be

down for a month. I was bopping around the next day, and probably

would have been healed a lot faster if I'd acted like my back had

problems.

2) Comfrey leaf, aka knitbone.

I had a hyper extended big toe which had been sore for weeks. I

remembered comfrey, reconstituted the dried leaf and wrapped it around

the toe. It was normal the next day.

I also dropped an old laptop computer fron waist height on that same

big toe. The toe started turning black. I put the reconstituted leaf

on the toe. By the next day, the toe was normal, although the nail

turned black and eventually fell off.

Arnica Oil. NOTE: DO NOT USE ON BROKEN SKIN.

After a couple of weeks of pain on the front of my shins, I figured

I might have shin splints, as the condition was not clearing up. I

put arnica oil on it. The condition then cleared up.

Regards,
