And the reasoning 'about childhood abuse' just does not jive. It's how they associate into those memories that causes the bad feelings. A simple learned dissociation technique would help... ....exactly like Donna helped Lisa with her night/sleeplessness problem last year. She was too close to the fears... ....so Donna had her dissociate from them. There is much more. Ask if wanted. John M. Guest guest
Years ago I was diagnosed with " chronic depression " after a couple of suicide attempts. Spent 10 years on meds and believing that my depression was going to be a life long problem. After reading Donna's book " Energy Medicine " and then working with a trained facilitator, I can now say that my depression is under control. My daily routine includes, massaging k-27's, the three thumps and cross crawl. I've also included some other breathing techniques such as KAPALVATI pranayama. Finally I zip up and lock it in. When I do this on a daily basis, I feel good. When I stop doing my routine for whatever reason... I feel like crap get all depressed and go back to doing my routine again.
