I'd stopped doing my daily morning routine for a few weeks when this morning I took it up again. A few minutes before starting, I actually began to feel real anticipation ( " antici-passion " ). It was like meeting an old friend again after so long, I knew I was going to have a good time. Then I went on to do the routine. My own present version is 3 Thumps, Wayne Cook, Cross Crawl, Belt Flow, Heaven and Earth, " Care Bear " , 3 Thumps, Zip Up. And I often close my eyes and look slightly upwards on the out breath, and repeat " Every day, in every way, I have perfect health " . And that is also my affirmation during Zip Up.
