Sure, Quite a few. But this post probably will not be for you but for others that want similar types of good information. Thanks to Aaron I did go back and read the 'above' post. What is easily seen is the violation of the 'self-responsibility' rule, and also a massive violation of the four powers that J. Michael Hall talks about and teachs so much. The four self-powers of: 1. You are responsible to yourself for your own thoughts. 2. You are responsible to yourself for your own emotions. 3. You are responsible to self and to others for your own words. 4. You are responsible to self and to others for your own behavior. Two authors I really do suggest be read, studied and concepts applied are L. Michael Hall's works and the book " Beliefs " by Robert Dilts. The first book I suggest anyone study by Hall is his " Games Skinny People Play " (an 'off the top' of my mind paraphrase of the actual title). Once you read that book you'll notice it's about much more than getting slim, in shape and 'looking great'. It's amazing how everyone in your envirnoment seems to change for the better when you apply those four powers from the understanding of " Beliefs " . Notice that NO WHERE do you 'do it' to 'them'. Of course, I've been there and done that also;-) Some great learning experiences...a few different wives... John La Tourrette, PhD
Guest guest
Went to the author's web site: http://www.neurosemantics.com/ The book is still listed there for $20 plus $5 shipping. Exact title is: Games Fit and Slim People Play. I first went on the web looking for L Michael Hall's book, starting at Amazon.com. Prices started at $81.90 for a used copy and went up to $200-$300 on other sites. $20 from Michael is much better. Could not locate a place to order so called the phone number listed on the contact page and actually got Michael himself even though it is probably 7 p.m. in CO. Michael took the order and will be mailing the book tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion, Doc. Happy Holidays to all.
