I'm just curious...but how do 'we' know that? I really would like more than a book 'title' to verify someone's skills, or to go to the task of ordering and studying that book. So let me give five different and very simple hypnotic methods of improving eyesight. For example it's pretty well verified by hypnotists and their clients that any deep body relaxation (into the theta level) done a few minutes a day will improve vision. In fact, even a light trance (alpha) followed with simple positive instructions work rather well. Just a quickee 30-45 second 'conditioning' stuck inside the 'bring back' (like Jose Silva did) will almost intantly improve vision. Here's a simple variation (part I only of III parts) of one 'bring back' used with over 15 million (probably much more than that amount now) people... " In a moment I am going to count from 1 to 5. On the count of 5 you will open your eyes, be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health, feeling better than before...knowing that everytime you use these levels of mind...your vision...your eyesight and your hearing...improve even more. " In fact, with proper focus at beta brain wave even a simple lymphatic deep massage (to the Governing Lymphatics where the arm is attached to the body) as you state out-loud, " even though I'm seeing fuzzy right now, I totally love and appreciate myself " ...followed by " even though I used to see fuzzy I NOW choose to see sharper and clearer " will cause a tremendous difference. Then, even properly trained massage therapists can use a 'body hypnosis' to augment their client's health, including improvements in their vision. Massage therapists know that when giving a body massage or a spinal massage, along with the lymphatic massage along side the spine that the sympthetic system relaxes and the parasympathetic system becomes ingaged. " Participation in the massage process leads one to agree with Gilligan that massage can be a powerful, trance-inducing experience " So in the Reilly schools of Massage they were taught " to massage gently but thoroughly all along the whole cerebrospinal system, and during such periods (for most often we would find the body would gradually fall into that statea of near between the waking and sleeping state) make gentle suggestions that QUIET, REST, PEACE, HAPPINESS, JOY, DEVELOPMENTS IN EVERY ANN THAT ARE CONSTRUCTIVE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY, will come to the body through its rest period. Or, the suggestions to the deeper portion of the subconscious forces of the body. " So much really neat simple effective stuff out there!
