I think we might be on the same page, but I go through the hypnosis

channesl of brain wave intrainment for bridge building between the

various different levels of the mind.

 

In my model you CANNOT access higher self information without first

the integration of the conscious mind and the subconscious mind.

 

And exception to this is the dream state...but even then you need

training in what to do, how to do it, and when (time wise) to access

that information.

 

Then accessing the 4th dimension of 'ideas' and the 5th dimension

of 'ideals' is possible.

 

In the 5th dimension of 'ideals' is the source energy of 'all that is

possible, GOOD AND BAD'!

 

So my processes of getting there seem to be much more detailed and

different than yours are. Notice I did not say, " better or worse " .

 

Depending on your attention and on your intention you really do not

need to shield yourself when the alignment is focused on what you

want rather than what you do not want.

 

Most who are affected by outside influences do not know what they

want so their desires and their fears drive them hither and skelter

upon the waves of emotions.

 

But to give those types any type of shielding is to install fear in

them.

 

When in fact their ignorance is one of the best shielding devices

known to man-kind.
