The frame and mindset that you're in when you go into a task has a HUGE impact on your success or failure at that task. It reminds me a lot of your nine-step process for creating the life that you want. I'm still on step three, and I've got a few more steps to go before the one that says 'take action'. It's amazing to me how many blocks I've been working through, that have been sabotaging all of my attempts at action prior to this. Hell, step 1 seemed like it took forever!
