Hi group!

Glad I'm back & found this thread. Since moving I've not been good about eating

the right things for me. I ended up sick last week but am back to 'normal'. This

is ALL very good knowledge to take in but forgive me, in essence, doesn't this

all boil down to the C.A.R.E. system?

LOL Doc maybe you need to have the R stand for 'rebounder' AND 'relaxation'!

is linked to excess carbohydrate intake, however, it does not specify if simple

carbohydrates or complex carbohydrates are the issue. Simple carbs ( white

bread, white pasta, etc) are digested more quickly than Complex carbs( wheat,

millet, quinoa, rolled oats, etc) and as a result, provide a quick rise in blood

sugar, which causes the pancreas to release insulin. If a person were to eat

more complex carbohydrates, which are digested at a slower rate, then they can

help maintain a steady release of energy. An increase in fiber can help.

personally have dropped some excess weight and my energy levels are quite high

and it should be here any day now. I'm curious to see what other benefits i'm

gaining as I'm using the mini-trampoline.
