Guest guest
Hi group! Glad I'm back & found this thread. Since moving I've not been good about eating the right things for me. I ended up sick last week but am back to 'normal'. This is ALL very good knowledge to take in but forgive me, in essence, doesn't this all boil down to the C.A.R.E. system? LOL Doc maybe you need to have the R stand for 'rebounder' AND 'relaxation'! ~KT , " docspeed2001 " <docspeed2001 wrote: > > , Thomas Williams <greenstuff26@> wrote: > > > > Your statement is very thought provoking: " When the immune system falters, all sorts of illness seem to spring forth from the area that the body is genetically predisposed to have weaknesses... Simple carbs ( white bread, white pasta, etc) are digested more quickly than Complex carbs( wheat, millet, quinoa, rolled oats, etc) and as a result, provide a quick rise in blood sugar, which causes the pancreas to release insulin. If a person were to eat more complex carbohydrates, which are digested at a slower rate, then they can help maintain a steady release of energy. An increase in fiber can help. > > > > Yes, those reading above is NOT clear about that. But the readings on diet and health are. > > No fats. No (or very little) red meat. Too many times have I heard people recommend grape juice to diabetics - but they NEVER mention that bit about diluting it beforehand. > > > > You provided me personally with an excellent product for helping with lymph circulation/removal ie The mini-trampoline, and It is quite effective. I personally have dropped some excess weight and my energy levels are quite high throughout the day. I've also ordered the book " The miracle of rebound exercise " and it should be here any day now. I'm curious to see what other benefits i'm gaining as I'm using the mini-trampoline. > > > > The book pretty much covers it. Read it and take notes.
