It used to be underutilized. Hi Rhonda, I would STRONGLY suggest you just GET the Donna Eden DVD as Kelmie suggested. It's well worth the savings in time, and you will appreciate how it's done best. When you see it done, you will then 'get it' better than any writing or talking about it will convey. For others: I've found that for many people (me included, depending upon my mood) for even the 'hook-up' to have it's power maximized I need to do three things in the following sequence. 1. Diaphragm Breath 2. Darth Vader 3. Zip up with proper positive and specific affirmations 4. Then the 'hook-up' Sometimes, if my intuition deems it appropiate I put in... 5. An 'anchor and wander' on the Regulator Circuit Then you are healthy and strong way beyond your 'normal'. And that 'energy boost' stays for awhile, instead of dissipating instantly or in minutes. To me, those characteristics are very necessary and important. John La Tourrette, PhD
