re-energywork in general

Hello Peggy,

What timing !! Only last night i was sitting listening

to 'Enya'with some of my crystals around me and out of the blue i

decided to 'play'with my hands ( i might add here that i have done

this before over a year or two span but not on a regular basis. i've

enjoyed and have been amazed at how i have felt doing it ) Anyway

getting back to last night i held them at least 2ft apart and

connected to the energy around me and then i would bring my hands

closer and closer till the tips of my fingers touched, all the time

feeling this power around me. The heat and tingling in my hands

increasing. I would then play with the 'ball'hard to explain without

confusing everyone but i would turn the 'ball' back and forth slowly

so not to lose the energy. I also turned my hands palms up and

visualized white light going into my palms and fingers and wow did

that ever feel good my hands were just tingling and got quite hot.My

arms will atomatically move into many sweeping movements, out to the

sides, in front of me, upwards reaching to the sky, first one then

the other , sometimes both at once.Man i can sure feel the energy

field around me, i have felt jolts go into my arms,

and 'popping'sensations as i very slowly move my arms across my body,

also my arms will after the sweeping go directly to the Chakras.or

sweep all over my body. I have always felt that i was tapping in to

some kind of energy healing, and that i was giving myself a self

healing treatment but never knew for sure what it was all about.(

still not sure as to exactly what i am doing ?) I have not had any

Reiki or other touch healing 'lessons'.

Anyway just had to thank you for your daughters article and share

with you my experiences with the " Energy ball " I just love all the

information from everyone, the links, pictures ect this is a great

group. Thank you.
