Empowerment

Word of encouragement to Fran and any others who did not sit for the

empowerment at a specific time. I feel confident that you can pull the

empowerment down as I did. I received mine last night (8/22) and it was

great. I was a little worried that I would not get it because I missed the

date (whoops! forgot!). But it worked like a charm. My first sensations

were around the crown, then what felt like a band around my head. I also

noticed that as I breathed, the air felt very chill around my nose. I felt

little cool puffs of air on other parts of my body. Not as much color as I

usually experience with an attunement, but I have had a hard time relaxing

lately. As always a lot of pressure and movement at the third eye. This is

trying really hard to open up, but still not having clear vision sometimes.

It activates at the strangest times too! Tingling throughout my body,

hands, feet. Some cleansing or activation at the back of my head, felt some

sharp pains. I was lying in bed, so just went to sleep after the attunement

and slept very well, but had a hard time waking up! I am still having

sensations around my head and third eye today.
