Guest guest
When doing any detox, the liver gets an especially heavy workout (aside from its 200 normal functions!). I recommend running Milk Thistle shakti. It is a very gentle herb, and not only clears the liver, but helps it regenerate. I agree with the dandelion as a general cleanser. This is what came to me that would be helpful in this situation. Dr. Gay - smallsal Thursday, December 13, 2001 3:57 PM [CrystalHW] Detox and Question Thanks, Peggy, I'll try your detox treatment and the Kala clearing as well. I am looking for physical detox, all organs. Perhaps I should work on just one at a time, though. My diet has been sugar based for far too long. It's not an easy thing for me to cut back on! I am wearing bloodstone in my pouch this week. [sunshine the Puppy has copper, gold and black tourmaline for her arthritis in hers.] Most of my mild afflictions have passed, although I am on my THIRD round of cold sores in the last 6 weeks. I am trying to appreciate the lesson they bring (Awareness?), and release them with gratitude. However they are such a pain in the...lip, and I am getting frustrated. Suggestions? I am running the following herbal shakti: echinecia (spelling?) golden seal melissa oficinalis (from a book) and kept fluorite in my pouch during the last round. Medicinally, I use Zovirax ointment all day. All help appreciated! Thanks, Sally

I should have thought of Milk thistle shakti, about seven years ago a relative had Hepatitis and we ran that daily as she could not afford to buy it I think we also ran cantaloup and green tea . (she did drink green tea but this was winter so cantaloup was out of season) and she continued to run the MilkThistle shakti for years (may still do so) She very definitely did have Hepatitis it was quite well documented but now there is no sign that she did ever have it and her liver is fine Now I am not saying that shakti will cure or reverse anything but I certainly think it helped in that case > >
