Aqua aura and other coated crystals

Hi all........ would like to hear your thoughts on this current

practice of coating our wonderful crystals.... i don't find these

crystals healing in any way to me ..... in actual fact it gives me

the opposite effect ..... shows once again how humans disrespect

nature and its gifts .... for superficial appearance ...... a

marketing ploy to sell otherwise " second rate " crystals that would

not be normally a viable selling piece ....... when i first saw these

coated crystals, tears came to my eyes ...... i felt the crystal was

sentenced to a life of entombment ..... buried alive and

suffocating ..... when i held it i felt great distain and deep

heartache and remorse for what the human race has done to the natural

beauty of our planet .... for all those who really are connected to

the energies of crystals and not just reliant upon what the

literature in books tell you of crystal's properties ..... can you

really say that these coated crystals give you an uplifting

energy? .... maybe its just me but i find when i am in the presence

of these crystals i want to shout to all to look at what we together

as a human race have done to our fellow humans and nature and NOW to

our crystal friends ..... i hear these crystals cry .....

While I really don't like the look and feel of dyed agates and onyx,

I am very much drawn to aqua aura, quartz enhanced with pure gold.

This turns the crystal into a lovely shade of light blue.

produce a very intense energy.

....... just what were you disagreeing with here? ..... since I

expressed the very same view in my post to Peggy ..... " firstly you

mentioned the colour enhanced agates .... i would tend to agree

somewhat with what you have found for the main reason being that this

supports using Colour healing with minerals .... our crystal/stone

friends certainly give us many avenues to use them for our

wellbeing .... healing through their reflected colour is certainly

one method "

 

Anna, I found this view that you stated interesting ..... " natural

smoky quartz is formed when quartz is exposed to radiation in nature.

Why is that okay but a human using radiation to form smoky quartz not

okay? Is it because of the time factor, and how much radiation is

used? Who is to say how much time & how little radiation is okay--in

other words, where is the drawing line? "

 

Smoky quartz is formed from exposure to radiation in nature ......

this is a needed aspect for its FORMATION ..... this is its growth

process of crystal formation ...... its emmergence into its

form ...... the difference with this formation and the human using

radiation to form smoky quartz is that the human takes the crystal

and subjects it to this treatment AFTER the crystal already has been

formed .... there is a difference Anna.....

quartz " happened " to arrange themselves to be in the lots that got

irradiated. " ........ yes perhaps the same could be said for the Jews

who went to the gas chambers!

 

Another aspect I found of interest that you stated in your

post " Radiation is not always evil 100% of the time. Radiation is

harmful to organic cells, but I don't think one can extrapolate from

that and say that devas are hurt by it. Radiation is also the energy

source of the world; "

........ yes and that is why our wonderful world has its own

protective sunscreen " the ozone layer " .... 3 little molecules of

oxygen banding together to form ozone, to block out a great deal of

the " harmful " rays from reaching earth .... and we know what is

happening with the ozone layer!

 

I will only use what feels correct for me and my intuitive knowing,

regarding my crystal friends ....... irradiated crystals, gold or

titanium coated crystals and colour enhanced stones are subjected to

this human treatment AFTER their formation ..... this may feel ok for

you Anna.
