Anna- Thaigem does carry some lovely stuff- I have ordered from them

a few times, but as the shipping is so expensive I've found other closer to

home resources.

Their shipping is 15 dollars, no matter how many pieces you're

buying. This is great if you're ordering a lot (and would be a great price

if you're ordering a pound or more of stuff!).

But if you're only ordering a few stones that only weigh a couple

ounces, its pretty steep. Unless you're ordering a lot, you can find stones

just as nice that don't charge so much shipping- I ordered some stones from

Hong Kong, and they sent them Airmail- my shipping was only about 6 dollars.

I was very happy with their stones though :) They do have good

product!!! One benefit is their great prices- even with the shipping being

so high, on some items you can end up getting it for as much as you would

spend elsewhere where the prices are higher.

So if you don't mind the shipping, I would say go for it- Blessings, Sam

You expressed my thoughts and experiences beautifully. I just got a

manifestation crystal. She is not at all pretty, not like some of the others

there, however, the energy she sent out to me, told me that we would work

well together..

This company seems to be selling a lot and aggressively marketing

their product. Has anyone bought anything from them? Were you

satisfied?

I ask because I am thinking of acquiring some higher-quality

specimens to use in my healing work. (A friend got a drool-worthy

small piece of cut/faceted ametrine that is very powerful.)

Blessings and thanks,

Anna

more expensive and prettier looking does not mean more healing power so to speak

...if you have a bad feeling about a company you may well end up with a bad piece

just to confirm your intuition so to speak ....some of my most amazing crystals

are the most unassuming Fionax

Although I love cut stones and use them in my jewelry designs, I feel

that the 'raw' ones are more powerful for healing work, but I suppose it

depends on the stone and the individual.

By the look of the site, the items are high quality, but I think you can

get them cheaper elsewhere, even without the shipping charges!

I've bought several thing from them including a couple of large faceted

moldavites which were just fine. They do charge $15 to FEDEX stuff to you

so you kinda have to buy enough at one time to make the shipping worth it.

But they ship promptly, it's taken me longer to get stuff shipped within the

the US.

Thanks for the feedback.

Yes, I know that pretty does not equal useful or more powerful. My

crystal toolkit is entirely irregular-tumbleds and raw, and I love

every one of them; and they all benefit me and my clients.

However, recently I've come across some material that made claims for

high-quality gems as opposed to raw, or lower quality, or irregular-

tumbled stones; and I'd like to experiment and see for myself.

Thai Gems prices seemed reasonable....TOO reasonable; plus they're

all over the web and Ebay; and, well, I'm just a " nasty, suspicious

hobbit " as Gollum said about Sam.

Thanks for the feedback and also pointing out the $15.00 shipping

price!

Blessings, Anna

if you could see how small and scruffy some of the gems I use for essence making

are you would never buy glitzy stuff again ....and they work so well ...crystals

like people don't need to be beautiful to be effective ....!! Fiona x
