Another wonderful flour to use for gravies is white bean flour. Add it to

your bread flours as well as soy flour for additional easily digested

protein.

Hi Laura

 

I know that this is a TCM site but I do very well with integrated Five Element

and TCM plus Intra dermal needles when necessary and appropriate.
