as i do all my self-healing treatments lying on my bed; I tend to keep all

my crystals in the bedroom ... but certainly some of the more

energy-boosting/keeping self alert crystal spirits may lead to

difficulties in sleeping.

One I can keep in the room; but not under the pillow is malachite - I'm up

& buzzing the entire night. Yellow/orange stones too tend to be quite

high in energy levels.

On other hand; excellent calming crystals for the bedroom include

amethyst; rose quartz, moonstone, and in general blue/green/pink stones I

find calming.

I also keep a lot of crystals in my room because I use them a lot. I put a

variety of stones under my pillow but lapis helps best with sleep for me.
