Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am new to the list. I became interested in crystal healing several years ago but had to put it aside for a while due to some life changes..but I continue to be a firm believer in crystal healing and Reiki. Now I am trying to refresh my memory on the use of stones and regain the knowledge that has somehow leaked from my brain, haha. Am I remembering correctly? Does citrine help with liver problems? One of my cats was just diagnosed with Fatty Liver Syndrome and I am trying to find out what stones I can use to help him, in addition to the antibiotics and special diet that the vet just put him on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, Angie I look forward to the workshops! SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month!
Guest guest
Hi, Angela - This is in response to your query about crystals for your cat. My feeling is that you need to put your hand over your cat's liver area and ask yourself what crystal your cat needs as I don't feel it's going to be one which might usually be used for the liver. Listen to the answer and if you can't access the crystal that comes to mind, don't worry, just find a clear quartz that draws your attention, whichever one it is, and infuse it with the energy of the crystal that's come to your intuition. Then use it around the liver area, but also make up a gem elixir, just soak the crystal - whichever one you use - in spring water in some sun if possible, and keep it in the fridge, because if your cat's got liver problems, you don't want to use alcohol to stabilise the elixir. Then either give your cat some drops or spray it into his/her aura and around the muzzle and see what happens. You can also drink the elixir yourself and send it into your cat's energy field, I've used this method myself when I've checked out with someone's Higher Self if it's acceptable, and it works very well, although in that instance, I used Australian Bush Flower essences, but the principle would be similar. Good luck, give your cat a hug from me, Walk in peace and harmony. Maureen. ---- 24 June 2003 05:18:33 [CrystalHW] stones for liver problems? Hello everyone, I am new to the list. There is a Jasper and some agates that are called liverstone due to their apperance and I've been told by a relative that they helped her with Hepatitis also Carnelian and yes Citrine as well as Amethyst, Peridot and topaz and other yellow or orange stones I feel a strong urging to list bloodstone the green kind with red specks even though i have not seen it listed as a stone for the liver Peggy Jentoft
Guest guest
Thanks Peggy. I will certainly use the bloodstone. Funny, when I was rambling through my collection looking for stones for him I pulled it out of the drawer but then put it back. I'll ask around my rock club to see if anyone has a liverstone agate. We have just returned from Hot Springs , AR and I had brought home a bottle of healing water from the spring. I put it out in the sun with a citrine and a yellow jasper and light carnelian. And have been using the water to make his " gruel " . I've also been giving him Reiki twice daily and Rescue Remedy rubbed in his ears. Last night I left a 6 inch slab of selenite on the bed and later found him lying on it. He slept on it all night. This morning he got up and ate a bowl of food on his own!! He has been eating about once an hour all day. I am so thrilled. He's not out of the woods yet but I have great faith. Thanks again, Angie SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month! Guest guest
Maureen and everyone who offered advice on my cat, thank you so much! Maureen, you said that you don't feel it will be a stone thats usually used for the liver. Peggy said so as well. This is highly intuitive of you, since the core cause of his illness is yet unknown. We still don't know what caused him to feel bad enough to stop eating in the first place. He has chosen to sleep on the selenite again tonight. Maybe HE has chosen what stone he needs. So, off I go to read up on selenite, maybe this will give me a clue what is really wrong with him. My best to you all, Angie SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month!
