Guest guest
Gina, the best place i have even seen on crytal prices, are at large gem and rock shows. Here in Tucson Arizona is one, if not they largest rock and gem shows. they happen the frist two weeks of Fedurary. Yet it always best to look good for the frist week and a half, then start buying when it starts closing down. that way you find even cheaper prices, just based on the fact, they dont want to haul big ones back to where-ever. A site online that has good prices, but still no less than wholesale is www.theundergroundbroker.com they will help you locate that one in your price range, or you can buy right online. I have had good working with them, and they do offer large crytals. But without doing allot of legwork to locate the right piece at the right price.. i would say anywere from $50-$1000 easy on large clean and clear crystals. takecare shain , " Gina " <medium@a...> wrote: > crystals are expensive. i wan to buy a big one. but where? can i > find one that big and cheap? not $200 to $1000 at the mall. Guest guest
Dear Gina, I would suggest you search out a rock show and you will find great crystals in all sizes and at very very good prices. Now, size , you know does not really have anything to do with the power of the stone., I have found that type is more important for me. I try to sense the energy in them. I have latched onto lazer crystals as an easy way to determine an energy flow as their apex is so very tiny and therefore sending light at pin point accuracy. Just some thoughts. Guest guest
Hi, Gina - Adding on to Janet's comments, two lovely crystals I bought from e-Bay in the UK turned up this morning, what a great way to start the day! I found I was drawn to these two stones particularly and no-one else put in a bid. So if you can't get around to places, e-Bay is a great place - just don't get caught up in a bidding fever! Love, Maureen. ---- 04 July 2003 12:18:06 [CrystalHW] Re: Buying Crystal hi gina also check out ebay sometimes if its meant to be you can get really great deals there! rainbows janet , " Gina " <medium@a...> wrote: > crystals are expensive. i wan to buy a big one. but where? can i > find one that big and cheap? not $200 to $1000 at the mall. Guest guest
<<e-Bay is a great place>> I would have to agree that E-bay is a great place to find stones, but I would also like to add that there are some really great deals on auctions. It is also alot easier to manuver though if you are new to the auction world .... but I could not pick one over the other!! <<just don't get caught up in a bidding fever!>> YES ... they can be extremly addicting ... just ask my husband!! LoL!! He keeps telling me he is going to find me a rehab!! :-) MP!! Kim ~ fateofstones ~
Guest guest
Hi Gina, do some searches for rock shops in Arkansas, USA. Especially in and around the Hot Springs area. Wrights Rock Shop is a little expensive but has the most awesome collection I have ever seen. The Coleman Mine store is good, they have a lot outside that is slightly less than perfect. BTW, there are several places there that you can go and dig your own for a fee. Some huge crystals come out of the Coleman mine. Email them and ask about lower grade items that they may not have on the website but are still good for energy work. I have some ugly pieces that are very powerful<g> Also watch the gem and mineral related , they sometimes get notices from rock shop owners who are going out of business. Thats also a great chance to get tumblers and rock saws cheap! You might want to look into joining a local gem & mineral club. They sometimes have silent auctions of donated minerals that you can get for a song. I have purchased some great things that way. Best of luck on your hunt! Angie SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month!
