Stones for back pain

I have a chronic and painful back condition and I am wondering if

any of you have had any success with any crystals for this. Either

to carry with me or to place on the painful area, or to just

meditate with the crystal.

Hi there, Beth,

 

Boji stones are great at drawing out pain. I'd recommend having a pair of

them, placing one at the top of the spine and one at the bottom of the

spine. You can also just hold them in your hands and direct their energy to

your back with intention. Selenite also helps with spinal allignment, so you

may want to place a piece of selenite between the two boji stones on your

middle back. I also find this combination helps align the central light

column and chakras. Hope this helps.
