I know very litle about this, not having a web page myself. When you say

" idealistic purpose " this is very vague. I get to websites by typing key

words into Google or some other search engine. I have a feeling you meant

this e-mail to go to Peggy Jencroft, the moderator of this list, not me. Any

ideas for Lale anyone else?

No, I've got no experience of web sites but as I'm eventually going to set up my

own one, I look forward to any info with great interest. Love, Maureen.

Well,term " idealistic " may be discussed.

Here is the story.

I believe in most countries there is not a good communication between people

and their representatives.This is the same in my country also.People discuss

matters everywhere at homes,bars,clubs but they do not tell it their

representatives.

I usually join with the groups who sign petitions and send them to

international institutions and some presidents who have influence on world

matters.While i was doing this i saw a web page that you can easily reach to

Congress and finding your parliament member or senator,you can send e-mail

and you can say your thought.

(The latest one i wrote to some PA,DE,NJ,MD,VA ,south NY parliament members

for asking to stop cruelty against animals/dog fights)

This American Congress Contacting web page was a very functionel one,easy to

reach anyone you want.So we did the similar for my country.

 

Now,i only want to get the attention of people who have something to say but

can not say to the right place because they do not have any communication.

Maybe I am very optimistic,maybe people just want to complain.They may not

really wish to forward their problems to their representatives.

Anyway,we did this site and we wish to let the people who wants better and

peaceful livings and have something to say and ask, reach their state's

parliament members.

This became a long story,i think it is clear now.

I will appreciate for any suggestion.This also maybe " forget it "

By the way i am sorry that i put my story here in spite of it is not

directly related to this group's coverage.
