Guest guest
Dear List, I'd be appreciative of your suggestions for crystal healing on serious varicosity. If you do indeed have such information, I'd appreciate not only the stones but method of application, plus oils or other treatments you may be aware of. Thanks a bunch, PAMIR www.reikihelp.com
Guest guest
Dear Pamir, Please accept my apologies for the lateness of my reply. I may have some information for you, although not necessarily about crystals. I am a bit tied up at the moment, but if you will give me a day or two I will get back to you. Please accept my apologies once again. Best wishes, Mandy. karunaray <oases wrote: Dear List, I'd be appreciative of your suggestions for crystal healing on serious varicosity. Guest guest
Dear Pamir & Adriana, Here at last is the information you asked for re: varicose veins. I can only apologise for having taken so long to get back to you. First off, there are two homeopathic remedies which might be useful - Hamamelis or Lachesis. If these were of interest for you to try, you might use a suggested potency of 30c, or 6c if they are easier to obtain. There is a tissue salt (or cell salt) which is known as Calc. Fluor. (Calcium Fluoride). I don't know where you are, but in the UK they are sold under the New Era label and are easily available from nearly all health food shops, and the occasional chemist. I would suggest two or three tablets twice a day, morning & night. You would need to persevere with these and may need to take them for a few months. The tissue salts take much longer to work for chronic conditions than they do for acute conditions. I would suggest taking the tissue salts in combination with other measures. There seem to be two main essential oils indicated for varicose veins. Cypress is the prime one, but also geranium. Peppermint and hyssop are also suggested. A synergistic blend made up to a 5% dilution may be more effective (ie a TOTAL of 30 drops in 30ml of base oil 10 drops in 10ml of base oil, etc). You might want to make the blend with equal amounts of cypress and geranium with just a small amount of either hyssop or peppermint. You could also add the essential oils to some witch hazel and use this for a compress. I haven't really got any stone suggestions unfortunately, however it did occur to me that an essence made from blue lace agate may help as it helps to reduce inflammation. You could also make a vibrational oil with blue lace agate and add the essential oils to this. If you make an essence, it may help to take it internally but I would also suggest using it as a compress as well. I hope that helps. Guest guest
Just a bit extra to the information from Mandy on Varicose Vein treatments. A simple compress of Witch Hazel applied externally can aid in reducing those that are bulging out. Witch hazel can be bought at some supermarkets, health food stores and chemists (pharmacists) but is for external use only. Witch Hazel is used homoeopathically - it is called Hamamelis (after the latin name of the plant) and Hamamelis is what can be used internally to compliment the external application of witch hazel. Hope this helps, Fi
Guest guest
Mandy, when the info is so good it's worth the wait. Thank you ). Guest guest
As with EVERYTHING...knowing the BIG picture of this person would help...general health? Pregnant? Fitness? Activity? Diet? Where are they? How long have they been? Essential oils may help in many ways- circulation, inflammation, discomfort, repair etc. The single BEST oil I can suggest is also very expensive but worth it's weight in gold- Helichrysum - organic and only from Corsica (there are other types). It takes patience but they can be repaired. Keeping the legs elevated, cool compresses, light application of a massage blend with essential oils, a completely whole foods, primarily raw diet, are all important. Cayenne is excellent and it is plentiful in the Master Cleanse-- which I usually recommend people do for 10 days first if they have varicose veins. The Total Body Cleanse would also address the underlaying issues/environment. The blend I make is pretty loaded contains the pure organic essential oils of Cypress, Geranium, French Lavender, Bergamot, Lemon, Hyssop, Rosemary. Helichrysum, Birch, Peppermint, Basil, infused Arnica & Calendula, for both compresses an light massage from extremities towards the heart. If you want to make a blend yourself I can offer a recipe that's much simpler. Elizabeth
Guest guest
Oh! And drink more water...drinking a glass of water each waking hour is a good way to remember- add some lemon- fresh organic and a little cayenne- the Master Cleanser basically- often. MSM taken with C would also be helpful.
