Guest guest
Another thought: have her take 3 mg. of melatonin. If her body is low in melatonin it will help her. Read up on it first. It has helped me. Sometimes I take 4 mg. Guest guest
Charlotte, has she tried Melatonin or Natural Calm? Natural Calm is a magnesium supplement that REALLY makes me sleep soundly. (not exactly a crystal/stone but it is a mineral<g>) Charlotte <dreambeliever wrote: Thanks Edda, but lavender hasn't been much good and she has the good oil and the pillow was useless.
