Thanks Edda, but lavender hasn't been much good and she has the good

oil and the pillow was useless.

Thanks Pegasus, I will tell her about this, she has some jewelry of

this which she has always loved, wonder if that would work under her

pillow.

Another thought: have her take 3 mg. of melatonin. If her body

is low in melatonin it will help her. Read up on it first. It

has helped me. Sometimes I take 4 mg. Pegasus

Charlotte, has she tried Melatonin or Natural Calm? Natural Calm is a magnesium

supplement that REALLY makes me sleep soundly. (not exactly a crystal/stone but

it is a mineral<g>)
