Asthma

Hi everybody

 

I have introduced my self before so I won't get into that again

(I mainly lurk unless I feel I have something to contribute)

 

I am dealing with asthma and allergies...I think the 2 problems are

connected but I am trying now to figure out what is witch allergy is

causing the asthma. I'm allergic to dust,house mold(from moisture),

cotton and nearly all vegetables besides broccoli ,fluor and tempur

(I have a brand new tempur bed ).

I was allergic to a lot more things ~ a month ago but with

unconventional medicine and changes in my diet (little gluten and

lactose)I have been able to get rid of many of the allergies f.eks

cats(I have 2 at home), msg, e450, gluten (but if I eat more than 2

slices of pizza I get self allergies in my colon).And I have dys??

something meaning that I am allergic to my own ab-germ flora. But I

think that if I don't eat much gluten I can keep my colon ok + trying

to use mobile phones as little as possible because the microwaves

they send cause this type of self allergies in the colon.

 

Sooooo :} Which spirits do you guys recommend I try for my asthma

(allergy triggered)? If you could make any suggestions I could try

them all (or at least the stones I have) by meditating with the stone

and listen if he can help me.
