crystals for my lower back

Hi Everyone,

 

i really hurt myself lifting some heavy recycle newspaper. It feels

like a torn tendon or twisted tendon or something. It's very painful.

What other suggestions of stones to surround myslef with or carry

with do you all think? If anyone can send healing energy I'd really

appreiciate that too.

i have had great success using jet to draw pain or depression from people. i

have a friend who wraps it on her wrists everynight and she swears she cant

sleep without it. when she is able to stop work for a couple of days it heals.

but she has to work most of the time. also lepidolite will help sooth the nerves

i would apply both,and stay off my feet for a while. alot of people charge alot

of money for jet if you cant find it let me know i maybe we can work something

out or trade stones. you know they love to travel and visit new places. alot of

times i take stones to parts of the country where they are not naturaly from and

leave them there. this way they can share thier stories and energies with each

other like we do. also when a stone has helped me i always try to put a stone

back to the earth in thanks
