R: green obsidian... what a stone!!!!

Hi Aubrey,

I have a little piece of green obsidian, its green is like the emerald

one... so beautiful!

I met this stone in my last crystalhealing workshop, here in Italy. It was a

great school, the lessons were about 120 hours.

One of the exercise was to feel what a stone can do without knowing which

you were holding... the teacher drop the stone in my hands, and then I

started to feel it.

Well... it was one of my strangest experience!!!!

I saw an angel come down to me, holding a spear with a green crystal in the

end.

He didn't speak, but he pointed a thing in front of me... it was a cup... a

cup made of wood... then some green stones appeared... they were eight...

then it turns in a goblet of something like emerald.

I turned to the angel, and before I could ask something he says " this is

your graal, you have a mission to fullfill in this life and I am here to

remember this to you. Follow your path, become one with your essential

spiritual being and live the task you have in this life. Fullfill your

mission " .

Well... I didn't share this vision with my classmates because I was afraid

to be seen as a mad girl. But at last, the teacher told to me that anyone

can have some strange vision and some times ago, she saw the books of Akasha

in one vision with Selenite.

I cried so much... tears were rolling down and I coudn't stop them... it was

a really trouble emotions.

Now, I carried that green obsidian with me, and now it is at home... from

that day, I had any vision with it, but one day, when I asked to the crystal

why it doesn't speak any more to me, it answered " because now I have nothing

to say, but remember... someday I will have... just wait and live " .

Teachers from my Crystal Academy here in Italy told me that green obsidian

shows the mission you have in the heart, and help to move on your quest;

heals the spiritual way and helps healer to be more centered on their path.

It also helps in grounding and in blood and mind purification.

It is a great stone to see what is in your deepest spaces, in your soul...

and it is a proud stone, which give a good stroke if we are not moving

through our paths.

I live in Italy, so I don't have clear how much 3 1/2lb is, but it seems

very heavy! So... I suggest you put the stone in a lighty room, and then use

it for meditation.

Seat near the green obsidian and let it speaks to you.

I found this large whole piece 3 1/2lb. Orginaly I was going to brake

it up and make jewelery and use some small stones on my massage

table. Now I have a strong feeling not to brake the stone. This stone

doesn't have any sharp edges. It's like perfectly rounded (with soft

indentations). I feel I should use it as it is but it's so big and

heavy. I don't mind something that big on me. I don't know how other

people will take it. Can anyone offer me some advice? And please tell

me all about the healing porperties of green obsidian. I mainly use

it for my own protection and " protection healing " but I know there is

sooooooo much more to it. Thank you Aubrey

Hi There

Just a thought but if it is a grounding stone you could use it in the Earth

Star and it wouldn't be 'on' the client.

It sounds lovely.
