Guest guest
I'm listening to blue-grass traditional music on the radio. The first thought I had was, " this is the REAL country music " . Not modern. Is Garth Brooks Real Country? Does Led Zeppelin really play the blues? Its all going to be opinion from here on in. From those that say that Chinese/Country Music/Medicine has always integrated new things therefore the modern is traditional to those that say that the only the traditional is the Real thing. I'm more than happy with CM on its own, I guess if you had to say, I'm more artist than scientist. Or my art is more amorphous than investigative. Something like that. I think the " old doctor " was finding out what many travelers/immigrants find. When I was in South America for several months, I saw how " American " I was when I observed and interacted with several cultures that were different yet had commonality. Even in the Indios/Indians I saw how we shared certain cultural understandings. Conversly, in New York City many of my Latin American friends mentioned how they discovered they were really Argentenian or Cuban or Mexican after moving to a place where all the cultures from these places and their differences and similarities mixed and mingled. I think the old doctor was finding both the traditional and Chinese in TCM. -- In , " jramholz " <jramholz> wrote: Katpchuk is in error. : Imagine that. I would wonder if he still hold this point of view as his last 15 years have largely been spent working on evaluating CM from a WM perspective. I am curious if he found this liberating or frustrating.

And to help reduce the scarring, prunes and dates are helpful, especially if you hold a magnet over the area while eating. LLL, T
