An I practice AIKIDO, and have atunned for level 1 of USUI REIKI, TERA MAI REIKI and TERA MAI SEICHEM. I was called for 2 pieces of rose quarktz. I bougth it very cheap because are in brute with some rest of some metal and have parts very clear like if it have some of pure quartz and the other it is really ver y pink. Well i clear both drawing the 4 symbols of usui and wiht the intention of clear and deprogram it and asking to AA Michel and others to help me to clear it. When i give it reiki i feel a strong energy in this crystals. I use it to make a little meditation and put it on my hands with the arms open, and i could feel a strong energy in the place of the crystal was. I put it on my head to meditate, and hold with 2 hands in prayer position. It was powerfull. After that experience that was on monday 16/02, istarted to feel some problems in head like if i have to much energy. And my hands went more warm than before. The only way that i feel better was making grounding. But the last fryday i put the crystals outside my house and my head goes well. But my hand still strong warm. I would like ask if could be posible that this crystal make some atunement on my, or maybe it open more my channels and chakras i dont know. I would like to know what happend, because i would like to use it to clear my house and get balanced. Yesterday i put it again inside my house and clean it again. And today i have he same headache of last week. But my hands are more warm than before. I think that maybe the crystal are cleanning me. And help me to be more open to energy. I would like to know if to someone have the same experience or something like that. I generally simply send Reiki energy through my crystals to cleanse them and realign them with the light. I have not heard of rose quartz being aggressive as I think I have read with your experience. My suggestion for headache is to take a crystal point (not a double terminated piece) and hold it at the middle of your body, slightly above your navel, with the point away from your body and the base near your body and allow the crystal to pull the excess energy out of your body.
