smokey quartz for depression

hi,

 

i have had some very dark moments where things seem dreary and non-eventful and

depressing, it stuck to me a lot, and i read up on stones and i found that

smokey quartz was very good for depression. i bought a ring with it in and i

found it was great. i wore it for a while and it starting making shapes and

colour out of the dark dreary mood.my mood starting gaining colour to it and not

actually lifted but morphed into a really deep POSITIVE feeling as opposed to a

deep negative feeling. its as if it reached the very depths of my depression. I

hope you can get hold of some and it worked for you. If you can't get hold of

some maybe i can offer you my ring at a price.. there is lots of smokey quartz

around. I hope this insight i gained, helps you.

Not sure if that was directed at my email earlier, but thank you anyways. I had

just made a necklace out of Smokey Quartz for a friend and now i may keep it for

me and give her the rose quartz. I am glad that it helped you, and i hope it

helps me. I just want off the meds they have me on. I really cant function

well with them.
