Indeed, if you got negative energy you have to release it, in the right way,

of course.

I think that if you want to release, you have to know what to release...how

can hou resolve a problem if you don't know what it is?

Negative energy can take many forms, mood, can bring actions...

my personal advice is first to get near your negative energy, to know it, to

recognize it, to feel it. Then... you can release.
