Guest guest
OK, I'm new here and have been very happy lurking. However, when I see the wrong info being given by a doc, I feel I have to chime in. I'm a Reiki II and I can tell you from experience that Reiki will not harm you or interfere with any other mode of treatment. I'm currently going to an acupuncturist and I still self-treat with Reiki. It speeds up the results. Reiki is " designed " (if you can consider an energy healing system as being designed) to send energy only where it is needed. The practitioner intends the treatment be given with the highest good of all. I'm not sure why your doctor is against Reiki, but in my experience it can only help. The final decision is up to you. You can go to some Reiki sites and check it out for yourself. Try: www.reiki.7gen.com HTH Blessed Be, Susan ReikiforAnimals " Argue not with a dragon, for thou art crunchy and go well with brie. Particularly energywork. Was at a convention once where a Homeopathc practitioner was sputtering at a energywork teacher who could run homeopathic frequencies as shakti .. I had also run into a couple of chigong Masters who also had a blanket ban on using other energywork while using their system . I don't think they have any true experience of a reak reason to forbid reiki in combination ,I think it is a basic fail safe stance . They don't know what energy practices might interfere with their treatments so they don't want people to combine treatments . In my experience Reiki will run if it is needed whether or not the homeopath or other practitioner approves Peggy
Guest guest
No matter what healing type I use, I always ask that it be for the person or mine...Highest Good only. That takes me, my ego, them, and their ego out of it...to me...then the Divine is in charge...cannot go wrong...if there is a wrong. Guest guest
Hi folks, I hardly ever have time to post but sure learn alot and read every day posts. I had developed an injury in my shoulder socket back when I was twenty. I think it was due to repeat work, I was soldering under a microscopt little components for about a year. As time went on, the next several years, I noticed it began to bother me when I was stirring stiff batter when I cooked or if I used my right arm for extensive typing etc. I believe over years I would mention it to doctors to find out nothing. Well I began learning about energy healing, reiki and others for the last 3 years. I met a lady online who offered to send me white light healing. She would set it up and I would call it down when I was ready. I think it was only 3 times and I all of a sudden realized , " wow, my arm isn't bothering me " Oh occasionally, if I really overdo things, it will but who doesn't when you really exert yourself too much, like working in your garden like crazy to find you own muscles you never knew existed? I believe it is all connected through our creator and the universe. I would really question a single monopoly on any treament. I have not taken the Reiki course per sey, but studied it, there are groups where you can do this. I believe we all have the ability to send and receive " healing " for the highest good of all. What is meant to be will happen. This is only my personal opinion. thanks for listening, Warmly, Fran Hi. I don't normally post but have to pipe in my 2 cents. I can't imagine any way that Reiki can do harm and feel it can only help. It sounds like an ego issue on the part of the practitioner to me. IMHO Love and Light, Cindy
