Guest guest
Hello, The stones you are asking about are called Boji stones or they are sometimes called Shaman Balls. They are ore-like in nature and used for grounding. Shamans often use them while they journey out of body as they are thought to facilitate astral travel and guard the body until the soul returns. True boji balls are meant to use in pairs. You hold one in each hand. Experiment around to see which ball should go in what hand. The smooth round stones have a feminine energy and the bumpy ones have a masculine energy therefore boji stones are the perfect stone for balancing energies in the body. These stones are also useful for shining light onto blockages at many levels of Be-ing. They can also help you to align with your shadow self by showing you your darker qualities so that you might appreciate the gift that these qualities may bring and then inturn allows you to release these aspects. This is another reason that Shaman use these ore balls. A Shaman understands the need to acknowlege and embrace their shadow selves on their journeys to become whole. I hope this information is helpful. Brightest Blessings, Margit
