amethyst from greece and rose quartz

i had a amethyst egg brought back from greece..it has four lines

running through it and lots of rainbows one of which is amagenta

colour does anyone know what the lines are called and what the

rainbows represent please?

 

Ia lso have a xlarge rose quarzt tumble with accent lines and a white

diamond pattern at the top it has sevral inclusions but ia m unsure

as to the meaning of it all.

 

can anyone help please?
