Guest guest
Dear Zephyre Wind, I create my own crystal elixirs since years and have very good experiences with them. I started out using the recepies in the book " The Crystal Co-Creators " by Dorothy Roeder, Light Technology Publishing. They are easy to make and I have great results. They remain a constant part of my daily dances and offer such wonderful support in subtle and overt ways. I wanted to make a quick note about the book mentioned above. While the author does make a few notes on some stones that aren't suited for essences (at least those made by the traditional soaking method) she fails to make mention of this on a number of stones that could be extremely dangerous if soaked and then ingested in essence form - Galena, Malachite, Psilomelane, etc. I would not recommend co-creating essences based on the instructions of this book without accompanying the process with some solid and thorough research on the geology of the stones and their suitability to be soaked and ingested. The other solution is, of course, to co-create essences in an alternative, non-soak method. I found the efficacy to be the same, while also being able to insure one's safety as well. You may very well be using this non-soak method, but for those that aren't and may turn to this text for essence options I wanted to mention the above as the effects could be problematic to quite serious.
