But effective healing is not about power so much as it is about acceptance and allowing .
Guest guest
Hello- > it has been said that healing depends on the power ofhealer. what should i do to increasing my healin power? > Of course everyone has a different perspective on this and a different relationship to it, but I don't believe that the degree of healing is related to the personal power of the healer. Indigenous cultures, including Native Americans, teach that the healer (or medicine person or shaman) isn't the one doing the healing, but rather the one that acts as a conduit for the spirits and the Ancestors to heal. The healing is like an instrument and the music being played comes from the spirits, as no instrument can play itself. This is most beautifully expressed in the idea of a being a " hollow bone " through which healing passes. It does not originate within us, but rather it passes through us from the spirits. Fulgurites, a variety of Lechatelierite, remind us of this beautifully. They not only remind us of our task to be hollow bones and to work to do so with integrity and knowledge, but they also help put the ego in check when one begins feeling like they're powerful and responsible for things that are truly not theirs to own. Sometimes these spirits remind of us this swifty, while other times they are gentler and more subtle. Fulgurites are most often formed in sand (though they can also more rarely be formed in rock) when lightning strikes the sand and fuses the sand together into a branching tube-like structure as it travels. Many Fulgurites have a hole through their center, left by the path of the lightning itself. This serves as a clear remind of both the role of the healer and source of healing. I hope this helps in some way. In Love, Fabeku Caretaker, Crystal_Spirit list crystal_spirit_2/ *** NEW URL!!! ***
