Artzee,

The energy qualities will shift and be different in each of the two

pieces of a crystal than they were in the former whole piece but, I

think that only you can be the judge of the action because only you

have all the information needed to judge.

The right side of our bodies and the back of our heads are positively

charged. The left side of our bodies and the front of our heads is

negatively charged. Traditionally the right hand is the hand of

acceptance or could be said of inflow. Energies normally would come

inward through our right hands. The left hand is traditional outflow

or giving things and energies out.

Crystals can be several ways 1) Positive 2) Negative or 3) Having both

positive and negative in its makeup. ( Since we are in an

electromagnetic enviroment on Earth, there doesn't seem to be a

neutral stone.)

The feelings of energy you feel will come from the positive and/or

negative output of the stone as it applies to the hand you are holding

it with.

It belongs in the left hand so that the polls complement instead of

repulse as they are doing in the right hand.

Hi, Artzee,

I've read Bob's answer, so here is another viewpoint. Of course, use what you

like and disregard the rest!

Here's my questions, I'm right handed, is there some reason why my
left hand feels the energy alot stronger than my right hand?
My training is the dominant hand is the giving side and the opposite is the

receiving side. Since I'm right-handed, that means, for me, my right side is

the giving side and my left side is the receiving side. So when I program

quartz, for instance, I will hold them in my left hand and beam Reiki through

them with my right hand.

Also, I have a rough citrine that has strong energy and it makes the
knuckles and wrist of my left have pain when I hold it in that hand.
It does nothing to the right hand.
Is it really pain? Or is it pressure? I ask because often we mistake pressure

for pain. It might be simply activating your receiving nature. You could

always ask the stone to slow down a bit.

Last question, is it alright to break your crystals apart with a
hammer? While holding a clear quarts cluster I got the
urge/idea/message to tape it with a hammer and knock off the extra on
its side. The first wack did it and made it a single terminated
point. Then I began to wonder if I should have done that.
I would ask the cluster " it's " preference before swinging the hammer, but I can

imagine doing the same thing. I do have crystals that have been OK with having

their rough spots smoothed a little bit and I also have other crystals who are

very much OK with having rough spots, so I take their lead at this point. I do

ask their preference and whatever that might be, I follow through with that.

Life is Good!

Love, Light and Blessings to us all, Diana

Sorry about that Bob, you're right on with your reply; I was under the

impression I was reading Reiki_On.

That'll teach me to 'look before I leap'! ................... Nope, I'm

Human and will still screw up from time to time.

The " pain " was like arthritis. After posting about it I was reading

at www.indianreikimasters.com, they recommended saying this while

clearing your stones - " I invoke the Light of the God within. I am a

clear and perfect channel. Light is my guide. " I tired it and no more

pain/ache, nothing! The citrine still has strong vibs, but thats all

now. This stuff is fascinating!
