Guest guest
I wondered if you would be kind enough to recommend a crystal (or two) I can work with to treat anemia. It needs to be relatively easily obtainable (I live in the UK). Many thanks Jules www.spiritual-path.co.uk

Guest guest
Jules- > I wondered if you would be kind enough to recommend a crystal (or > two) I can work with to treat anemia. Some stone spirits that may offer some assistance include: * Stromatolites (especially those red in color) - Stromatolites connect us to the lifestreams of the Earth Mother and the Ancestors. In so doing they allow us to be increasingly filled with the lifeforce they offer to us all. This happens at the tiniest levels, helping to make deep changes that can become lasting changes. * Red Jasper & Hematite - When these two spirits dance together they offer an energy that enhances the energy of the blood supply in the body, while also allowing the body, through the base center, to receive more vitality and life force. * Red Calcite - Invites the body to shift imbalances related to the way it handles energy, which includes the blood. Red Calcite encourages the body to restructure its dance to more supportive, healthy and helpful expressions. * Pyrite - Offers an energy that inspires the body and spirit to work together in more effective ways, to bridge any spiritual gaps that could result in loss of energy and anemic conditions through the greater unification of body and spirit. * Golden Tiger Eye - Infuses the body's veins with light, which fills the bloodstream with the same. This allows the blood to increase in frequency and to better meet the body's needs. There is a " quickening " of the blood, which is the balance to the weakened energy present in anemic conditions. All of the above stone spirits should be quite accessible, with Stromatolites being the least common of the group. As always the above shouldn't be interpreted as a replacement for proper treatment by people licensed to provide it, but I hope it can offer some spiritual support. Guest guest
Jules, You might try carnelian, the ancient Egyptians believed it to be a blood purifier. I have recently been diagnosed with 'mild anemia' and started carrying around a piece of Carnelian quite by 'coincidence'! Boy, If I would just put to use the knowledge I have collected!
