Budweiser beer - evidence that emotions cause addictions: This article by Tam Llewellyn of the UK provides clear evidence of the link between addictions and unresolved emotional issues. His client "Emma" could drink alcohol socially and with no signs whatsoever of alcoholism. However, when she drank a specific brand of beer ... Budweiser ... her drinking for THAT beer became uncontrollable. How to apply EFT in-depth to yourself: Steve Wells from Australia provides this simple but powerful method for getting the most out of EFT while applying it to yourself. He calls the process "Journaling" and, in essence, it involves writing down all those extra aspects, beliefs and thoughts that show up during the EFT process. Each such item represents a new avenue for personal EFT exploration and, unless captured in writing, tends to be forgotten. However, writing down (and addressing) this daisy chain of events allows a more in-depth EFT experience. Gail loses 110 pounds and her Fibromyalgia fades: Here is a classic weight reduction case by Dr. Carol Look. Please notice that Carol's client (Gail) made no progress with her weight problem UNTIL she collapsed many emotional issues. These emotional issues, of course, caused Gail's ANXIETY which, in turn, drove her to overeat as a means of tranquilizing her emotional unrest. How to generate referrals for EFT: When it comes to marketing your EFT services, your most valuable asset is NOT your fancy office or your personal good looks. Neither is it the frequency or quality of your advertising. Instead.....it is your list of satisfied customers. An efficient way to relieve a PTSD memory: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is sometimes surprisingly easy to handle with EFT. In many cases, one need only break it down into its underlying SPECIFIC EVENTS and then apply EFT to each of those bothersome memories. Typically, after a few of these memories have been neutralized, a "generalization effect" comes into play that serves to collapse the ones remaining. Before and after photos of Rouleaux--"blood cell clumping": EFT practitioner Rebecca Marina went to her physician, Patricia Felici, ND for a checkup and, when Rebecca's blood was examined under a microscope (Dark Field Microscopy), it contained substantial blood clumping. Rebecca then corrected this problem with a brief, self-administered EFT session and, when the blood sample was taken again (minutes later), the blood clumping disappeared. This was astonishing to Dr. Felici because, normally, it takes many weeks of nutritional supplements to correct this condition.
