Guest guest
Hi Glo, First things first - I used to get "flashes" from people. I would see them in different situations, good and bad, and it was quite disturbing for me. Often although not always, these flashes would be painful. It was difficult to verify what they were about - how do you tell someone that you have just seen them having a car crash? What do you do - ask them to give you a call if it happens? Nah.....so I learnt to zip up and protect myself. In the first place I went a little too far the other way and found that I had shut everything out - not so comfortable either. I now feel that I have a happy balance. Unzipping and zipping up works with central meridian and the main chakras on the midline of the body. It helps you to moderate what you take in and what you don't. It is great that you see this as a gift for working with others. I see it as a tool and as such something that I can achieve mastery with. Achieving mastery means you don't get hurt or feel the pain as if it is yours. Something else to bear in mind is who you tell about your gift and also perhaps in the information that you give to people about themselves. I am always conscious of the fact that something I think is coming from someone else may in fact be "my stuff". Sometimes people aren't ready to hear things either so it is your call about how much to share and how much not to. Sharing info can result in strange looks at best and a spell in a psych ward at worst so I guess I am just saying that once you have said something you can't take it back - choose how you share.... These are my thoughts and I hope they are helpful - others on the list may have a different experience.... - globab38 energyhealing-essentialskills Wednesday, March 02, 2005 2:08 PM [energyhealing-essentialskills] new to group Hi. I have been given the gift of feeling other people. I can feel their emotions, their evil or good. I also feel their pain.I am on the road to helping people healing them. This healing part is new to me but I feel it is part of my life's path. I tend to feel the pain within my body. It is really painful for me. I need to understand my gift and how to use it for the betterment of all souls that walk down my path.Looking forward to learning from those that have already walked down that road. Guest guest
You can " warn " them using an isomorphic metaphor. Although you do want to be careful, because a paranoid person will come back later, if they don't " get what you said, " and if they, using your example, wreck their car anyway, they might try to accuse you of talking them into it... (Sort of like yelling at a dog to stay away from a skunk -- the dog gets pissed at you for yelling at it and still goes and gets sprayed by the skunk -- then comes back and wants you to fix things. But a grizzly bear knows it could kill a skunk but it just ain't worth the trouble... And trying to warn some people is just like killing a skunk -- anybody can do it, but is it really worth it?) But if you think the person might be intelligent enough to learn something you can use isomorphic metaphors to get them to pay attention, be more focused, more careful, more aware of good feelings, bad feelings, good decision, bad decision, etc. You can also use " cloud busting " techniques to get rid of those things in the energy field, but if the person does not change their habits, the " cloud " will come back anyway. But if you can help them see a new choice that gets them the outcome that they really want... I've used the cloud busting technique at work and in food courts and restaurants before, and I notice it DOES work. I also notice that when I use that technique with people I know -- including myself -- (so I see what happens later) that they need to have other thought / emotion habits installed or else they attract the same things back again. You might want to study the Depossession videos that go along with Doc's Remote Viewing / Remote Influence package for more information on those attractor fields and how to change them. And we also just had a seminar in February on the best stuff I've EVER seen for how to change attractor fields and change your personality and increase psychic abilities. Those videos aren't available yet, unless you were at the seminar. But I've used just ONE of the techniques from the last seminar to get people to INSTANTLY change state, without me even saying a word. I usually combine a few of the techniques, but have gotten instant results from just one of the techniques. And this is from a 3 day seminar jam packed with even more techniques I haven't started to use yet.... I swear, it's the best covert influence stuff I've EVER seen or heard or experienced. So if you work with clients, you really should get those videos, do the drills, and take real good notes while you ask yourself how many ways you can use those techniques with the people you want to help. Guest guest
Hi Jim, Cloud busting? wat dat? Although I know that Jack has lots of source material, I don't yet know how to get hold of it - ok, jack, I am asking how to get hold of your stuff and whether or not it works on european equipment. Seminars in the US are not that easy for me to get to as I am based in France, Europe - time factors and the cost mean that I have to pick and choose what to go to. Another question Jack - do you have a seminar programme? I get the feeling that some of the programmes which you talk about are probably too advanced for me (I have no formal training in NLP or hypnosis for example - although I use an element of both in my work this is mainly intuitive). As for killing skunks - I never thought of using isomorphic metaphors so thanks for suggesting it. I have used them for the "lighter" stuff with clients. The car crash type episodes actually happened when I was on the underground (subway) in London and with complete strangers and at the time I couldn't see a way to broach the subject with them.......isomorphic metaphors has got me thinking though...how could I have done it.....and would it have been worth it?........in some cases maybe, in most maybe not....these days it would be, because the context is different. thanks again - James R.
