Combine it with rose quartz. -:¦:- -:¦:- Linda -:¦:- -:¦:-
Guest guest
Apache Tear is said to take away sorrow, but remember, in a situation like this some grief is necessary or there will be problems later. Malachite is a great healing stone, as is fluorite for strength which is what she needs most right now. Guest guest
Hi everyone... not really crystal stuff, but some mineral advice for anyone that you may think is feeling suicidal or who is very is depressed... suicidal tendencies arise from a gross sodium sulphate deficiency (in all cases), which directly affects the liver function... in its extreme the liver in holds the emotion of depression, which if left unchecked can become so deficient it will manifest in self destructive thoughts, leading to self destructive behaviour... sodium sulphate will restore the livers biochemical function in a natural way, and rebalance all the emotions related to the liver as well... (very quickly) ....the liver needs these fundamental elements in this combination to operate efficiently and cooperate with other organs... sodium sulphate speeds up the liver function and the liver is a slow organ so it must be stressed that you DO NOT GIVE SODIUM SULPHATE TO ANYONE WITH AN ALCOHOL ADDICTION... to regain and maintain biochemical balance after the initial crisis is over, it is worth seeing your local mineral therapist or nutritionist for a complete mineral deficiency evaluation... mineral deficiencies are the lowest common denominator of any know disease... they are the fundamental building blocks of all life... love to all... Would you care to share your sources? (preferably a reliable website or well known book that i can find, seeing as English books are a rare find in France where i live) >to regain and maintain biochemical balance after the initial crisis is over, it is worth seeing your local mineral therapist or nutritionist for a complete mineral deficiency evaluation... Thanks for the info Simon! Mineral deficiencies can truly alter a person's life, however I would recommend that a " complete mineral deficiency evaluation " be performed by medical experts - and from the start. Complete blood and urine tests would be recommended. Waiting too long can sometimes be fatal. Please note that in some countries, " nutritionists " do not have to go through many medical studies, and are not recognized by the medical field. To help me during a highly depressive period in my life, I often carried with me Hematite or Bismut which helped me to be more realistic/ground myself, rose quartz and blue lace agate which felt like a soft warm blanket of comfort, and a special quartz point which surprizingly (for a quartz) had a very soft energy to it which helped me meditate and consider my life with a non-emotional prospective which really helped. I would recommend Snowflake Obsidien aka Apache Tears as it helps you deal with difficult emotions and situations or Green Serpantine as it brings peace and calm, reducess stress, and relieves depression. You could also program a quartz for your friend to help her deal with her loss. Good luck. Check out the new Front Page. www.
