It's from the 3rd chakra, and is an emotional connection to someone

you are close to.

How to clear it up can be of many types.

 

Here's 4 quick ones out of many posibilities.

 

1. Just recognizing it is NOT your energy, will allow it to just

pass though you, most times.

 

2. You can also get your own TW sedated, and your own Radiant energy

going and that will also affect them long range.

 

3. For their overwhelm you can hold your own Triple Warmers until

they feel better.

 

4. You can, using your imagination and your movements, cut those aka

connections, as you spin around and around.
