Wow! i forgot to mention a couple of things.

I was in the spa last evening doing my feet, and i have an automatic

process. part of that process is to hold the source points on my

feet so the radiant energies can send energy to the feet where

needed. the 2 on the sides of the feet. the two on top of the top

bone ridge. and the one behind the ankles. then i figure 8's over

them to seal in the newly stimulated energies. Barb
