somewhere on this site there is a large manual that can be downloaded they say

44 pages but it printed closer to 90 on my printer the manual is rough but the

techniques are good and quite effective once you dig them out I have not yet

worked with it much but have friends who swear by it

Not the same thing, Peggy. Emotional Freedom Techniques is *EFT*.

I took the home study video course and received the certificate of completion in

EFT.

 

It is wonderful work and is one of the meridian therapies being used by

psychotherapists and hypnotherapists as well as the average person to work on

" Trauma, Abuse, Stress, Anxiety, Fears, Phobias, Depression, Grief, Addictive

Cravings, Children's Issues and hundreds of physical symptoms including

headaches, body pains and breathing difficulties. "

 

I have the basic procedure on one sheet that I hand out to my clients. I will

be happy to email it to you or, even though it is off topic if you like, I can

upload it to the photo section.

 

The EMF stands for - electro-magnetic field - Balancing Technique.
