I know that all the libraries here (in our area of Washington State) have it, and there are times during the day when it's really quiet, and you can spend quite a long time online. The library is where my married daughter goes to keep up on her email (since she does have a web-based email service, such as hotmail or mail), and to do the surfing that relates to her interests. Yes I do miss library access I am not very physically mobile any more/yet and don't have enough depth perception to be allowed to drive legally .
