Easy if you treat this project as if you were going to reprogram a client. Use all 3 perspectives (you, person your doing to (you) and meta person (you again!). Get someone to report to. This one works best for me. Sort of like a coach. Just a person to report what you do. But if you don't meet your own deadlines, which you would have told this person... then you not only fail yourself... great motivation for a certain kind of people... to which kind of people does this work best for? Then after someone does it to you, you can program a " part " that could replace this coach so you could have independence from anyone and it would become " self discipline " . There are even more extreme measure... but they will come by themselves eventually if you don't take care of business. Hope this helps. There are a lot more where that came from. Do these. We are through with this reading. (I just love them Edgar Cayce readings!) Juan
Guest guest
Hi Doc; all! >Nice process Juan, > >Has anyone else noticed YET, that all my posts are " readings " ? > > > > > > If by reading you mean to go into a state of conciousness where information is processed and obtained using both concious and unconcious abilities to hook up to higher mental processes, etc.... I say most of the times... I've read some mighty pissed off rantings and funny stuff that I'm sure you enjoyed from the deepest parts of your root chakra... Just the polarity responder in me saying hi! And I do say this... many times, when answering questions, and just yping away... I've caught myself writing stuff that I've never seen before... or noticing that I know much more than I think. And many times as I'm thinking and writing questions to this and the mindmastery list, or even to Doc for advice, I get the answers... and once or twice it was in Doc's voice and he cussed me out! I guess that's why I don't write much questions on the lists... And from now on I'll notice and conciously use my newly named " reading " state! Thanks for noticing and telling me Doc! Sincerely, Juan M. Mercado

Guest guest
Hi Chris, Phil, and ALL, Just another though. No matter how you get into a Plurema State or Peak Performance State or an Enlighten State, may I suggest anchor it to yourself or anchor it to a Tower of Power and use it... Guest guest
Hi, what is a tower of power and how do you anchor to it? - " docresults " <docresults Saturday, June 04, 2005 8:55 AM Re: Re: our NEXT STEP in our own maturation WILL ALWAYS SHOW UP! > Hi Chris, Phil, and ALL, > > Just another though. > > No matter how you get into a Plurema State or Peak Performance State or an > Enlighten State, may I suggest anchor it to yourself or anchor it to a > Tower of Power and use it... > > Doc Houston > > >
Guest guest
Cris, It is a seldom used, but very useful, NLP technique, Doc John has a set of video's on it and I believe he calls it Pillars of Power. I think it is a two video set. It is an anchor in and of itself. Get the video set and then start using it in combination with all the energy work you do. Or go into the achieves and find the " Fundamentals of Mental Fitness Mastery " it is one of the nine exercises in that write up. IF (Ha, ha) Doc doesn't have anymore sets of his POP videos. I'd suggest getting my FMFM DVD's.
