Guest guest
One of my macho martial arts clients tends to have road rage. So we erased all the primary emotional motivators from his past. Installed a better behavior. Now, we did NOT de-ball him in the process. NOTE, we did NOT shame him nor install guilt about his past behaviors. What we did was give him a process that we attached at the start of his anger so he could choose to allow the anger, or to release it. He came in today for a follow-up. Virtually all cases of road rage have been dissipated by him consciously within 2-5 seconds using the tactic we gave him. CONGRATULATIONS! John La Tourrette, PhD PS. Geeees? I wonder how that tactic would work on someone that hated themself because of an illness they have, or the fat they have, or...the list of other really good ways to use it is endless.
