Just a quick update...

When we had gone for what I would call a direct approach towards " I am

a total fxxking loser " , we just couldn't seem to find a solution for

it.

So we tested out being " afraid " of not being a loser anymore.

That tested strong.

Still, there was some sort of resistance towards changing that.

I am going to assume this was a deep part of identity, and there was a

fear of losing his identity.

Okay, so he still wanted to change that " I am a loser " , but I guess it

had to be somewhat less intrusive(?), a little less direct.

Basically, when I woke up the next day I had the idea to take slightly

different direction.

Because he didn't know what to do.

So what we ended up using instead was " Even though I don't know how to

deal with this I am a loser problem, I choose to use love and total

appreciation to get a good look at myself and find a valid, worthwhile

solution. "

THAT tested strong, in positive form.

We had already established a strong anchor for love and total

appreciation, in a specific location, making it much, much easier to

step into that frame.

I got a greater sense that time to grow into something new (with

positive, feel good feelings) is an important factor, in a way that

fits what is good.

One thing we did was set up taking time, every day, to notice 10

things to appreciate about himself...

....and about others.

That was a fun learning experience!

It seems to me that the testing fell into the deep pit of the 4 deadly

psychological reversals.

Where they are buried so deep that the opposite seems to be the truth when you

ET...

....which is weird from inside the body.

So a massive PR tactic should be used AND THEN immediately retest.

That'll give the correct answer.
