Watching people lose their kool is rather " interesting " isn't it?

Most people don't though. That's one of the reasons I really like

martial (warlike! aggressive) arts...when you actually need to learn

to move and think and act...while under tremendous stress.

 

Do I have stories.

 

Lungs?

 

Actually I " see " diaphram. The oxygen to the diaphram drill is the

following.

 

It also helps with acid reflux...cancer...swimmers...any thing that

more oxygen is good for, which is life itself.

 

1. Put left fist into the gut (solar plexus)

2. Place right hand over it, holding it in.

3. Take a deep breath and...

4. squeeze your elbows to your body as you...

5. Push your hands into your body as hard as you can, as...

6. You push your stomach/solarplexus out into the hands...creating a

tremendous pressure...which does force oxygen into places it's not

gone for many a year.

7. Hold that pressure for about 5-8 seconds.

8. Do three times

 

Repeat 2 or three times a day...everyday!

 

WARNING!

If you've not done before, do it sitting down, or standing up with a

chair right behind you...

 

....some people...NOT many, do get dizzy and fall...so, just in case...

 

I also (in addition) suggest you DEEPLY massage all the lymphatics

lying just under your collar bone, starting at K-21 and going all the

way to the crease where the shoulder is joined to the body.

 

Do both sides.

 

Pay particular attention to the areas on your chest, on the outer peck

muscles...

 

Be sure and RUB DEEPLY...and it will hurt...spend a minute or so on

each side.

 

That does mean you need it.
