So I thought I'd jump in here for a short post. And there is much more to reading the eyes than most people realize. People give away so much with their eyes that any TRAINED person can easily read and use. Here's a simple list of some of what is easily seen when noticing anyone. 1. They give away their dominant sensory mode. 2. They give away their unconscious mental strategies. 3. They give away where they store their past visual memories. 4. They give away where they store their present. 5. They give away where they store their remembered sounds. 6. They give away where they store their auditory self-talk. 7. They give away where they store their tactile and propioceptives. 8. They give away where they store their possibilities in the future. 9. They give away where they store their bad decisions. 10. Where they store their good decisions. 11. The eyes give away where their store their high criteria and their low criteria, the things that are important to them and the things that are NOT important to them. (Anyone have a clue on how to use this one?). 12. The eyes give away " if they are confused " (their eyes go into transderivational search processing). 13. The eyes give away " if they like something " . 14. The eyes give away " if they dislike something " . The eyes give away so much that this brief description is just a start. But, to most people, eyes are just eyes and don't say a damn thing. This post is NOT about eyes. Nor is it about other " tells " that everyone does with their unconscious processes. There are thousands of them. If anyone wants to know more about them, one of the simpler and more easily understood books that covers the topic is " Influencing With Integrity " by Genie LaBorde. I've talked with her a couple of times. She is a nice woman with a lot of neat knowledge. And in one of my books way back in the dusty past, I had an entire chapter about the " WAR FACE " , how to do it and how to read it. Celtic would love that information since it does match his Wood Element meta-programs. © NLP (Neuro-linguistics Programming) Practitioner, Master-Practitioner and Trainer for 27 years.
