myalgia

Hi all,

I hope everyone's having a great weekend. I was seeing an

acupuncturist in SF, but found one closer to home, but am going to make

that trip to the city, because I find there is a difference b/n the

two, my acupuncturist now is OK, but I find much more relief from the

other one, so I'll go back.

I finally found out what's wrong, 'myalgia', tho it's mostly in

specific areas, there are four spots in my back around my lower

shoulder areas that are..the muscles are..I wldn't say 'pulled' but

it's causing the pain, plus I need to strenghten my upper back muscles.

Of course acupuncturist relieves some pain. They gave me vicoden for

pain, but that's only temporary. Does anyone else have myalgia? Thanks
